The Frankie Lemmon School and the Frankie Lemmon Foundation are two parts of one organization operating under a 501(c)(3). The purpose of the Frankie Lemmon Foundation is to raise money for school operations and growth as well as to be a messenger to the community about the school through fundraising, community events and marketing. Approximately 20% of the funds required to operate the school are provided to us by the State of North Carolina. The remainder of the of the money for our operating budget comes through philanthropic community support and fundraising events.
