As the only female Grand Master Ice Cream Chef in the South and Southeast regions of the United States, Andia continues to break barriers in the ice cream world. In November 2024, her French Vanilla earned a blue ribbon, securing her second Grand Master title—an achievement held by only 4 ice cream makers nationwide. Her Double Dark Chocolate has won four blue ribbons—the superstar flavor that ultimately secured her first Grand Master title. She holds a total of 7 blue ribbons to date. 

Andia was also honored to bring home 2024’s Best Flavor of the Year for all of North America for their Mango Jalapeno Margarita flavor. 

Andia serves as CEO and Co-founder of Andia’s Ice Cream, a beloved family business with multiple locations in North Carolina. This stay-at-home mom turned business entrepreneur also has a flourishing catering division and national shipping department, satisfying people’s sweet tooths nationwide via the beloved gourmet food website Goldbelly. 

A James Beard fellow, Andia led her company to national recognition on Good Morning America and Southern Living Magazine. Andia’s Ice Cream has named Top 10 Ice Cream Shops in the US by USA Today. 

While immigrating to the United States at age six, Andia quickly cultivated a passion for innovation. Today, she’s known for her premium, inclusive flavors—often inspired by her Cypriot roots and passion for learning other cultures—and her ability to turn any wild idea into a household favorite.
