James Beard Award-nominated Chef Lindsay Autry is celebrated for her soulful cuisine, blending Mediterranean flavors with her Southern roots. A graduate of Johnson & Wales and a finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef, she honed her craft alongside James Beard Award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein before leading acclaimed kitchens across Mexico and Florida. From 2016–2023, she owned The Regional in West Palm Beach, recognized as Palm Beach County’s top restaurant, and today helms Honeybelle at PGA National Resort. A three-time James Beard semifinalist for “Best Chef: South,” Autry is also co-founder of the Wine Spectator Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival.
