Pax & Pamela Mahle have been one of California’s leading producers of cool-climate Syrah in California since 2000. Today, their line-up includes a selection of classically styled varieties including Gamay Noir, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Their urban winery in Sebastopol, CA pours other lesser-known grape varieties from across the state including Vermentino, Mondeuse and Trousseau Gris. 

From day one, all fruit has been sourced from organically and/or sustainably farmed vineyards.  All Pax Wines are crushed by foot, fermented using ambient yeasts and crafted without the use of unnatural additives.
