TOGETHER WE RAISED

2.9 MILLION

FOR FRANKIE LEMMON SCHOOL!

PHILANTHROPY THROUGH HOSPITALITY

From its humble inception over 30 years ago, the Triangle Wine & Food Experience has grown to become one of the leading charity wine auctions in the nation with all proceeds benefiting the Frankie Lemmon School & Development Center.

Held annually on the first weekend in February, chefs, restaurants, wineries, and spirit brands from all over the world come together to participate in this unmissable three-day affair. Lavish dinners and curated tastings all culminate in a grand auction to support Frankie Lemmon.

WEEKEND EVENTS

COMMUNITY WINE DINNERS

Community wine dinners bring together Raleigh, Durham, and Cary's best restaurants and renowned wineries from around the world together. Across the Triangle, restaurants and wineries work in concert to offer guests inspired multicourse menus showcasing the best in each for one night only. Each course is intentionally paired with a selection from the featured winery and is guided by the attending winemaker, creating a culinary experience marked most vividly by the company it was shared with.

IN-HOME WINE DINNERS

Cooking in collaboration from the host’s kitchen to create a one of a kind culinary experience and paired with one the most sought-after winemakers in the world, In-Home Wine Dinners are intimate and luxurious. Featuring two of the brightest culinary talents in the country, together they will curate a multicourse wine dinner designed to complement a featured winemaker’s selections at a private residence.

BREAKFAST WITH THE KIDS

Our mission moment - this is one of the favorite events of the weekend! Hosted at the Frankie Lemmon School & Development Center, hear from the leadership team, tour full classrooms, and learn more about the Foundation and how your support makes a world of difference. Warning, there is a possibility you may receive a hug from a kid or two…

VIP PARTY

Cohosted by Eliza Kraft Olander and Ashley Christensen, the VIP Party is a sponsor, winemaker, and chef exclusive event that celebrates everyone that contributed to TWFE’s success. This is our way of saying thank you! Sponsors, Winemakers, Chefs, and Restaurateurs are all invited to raise a glass in honor of the magic they make possible.

THE TASTING

The weekend culminates in a large scale tasting event held at a surprise location each year. Guests experience bites from over 20 visiting and our favorite local celebrity chefs during this 3 hour day time tasting.  Enjoy  tasting incredible wines provided by our generous winemakers who come to share their talent with us for the day.

THE LIVE AUCTION

The Finale of the weekend is our Live Auction.  The Live Auction is our exclusive experience for guests to raise their paddles and bid generously on unfindable wines and unmatched experiences, enjoying savory bites and delectable wines.

2026 LINEUP

From award-winning restaurants to globally-recognized wineries, our chefs and winemakers come from all over the world to share their talent with the Triangle. No matter your taste, there’s something for everyone to indulge in.

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS

We cannot succeed alone. Without our sponsors, our important work couldn’t continue. What they do in support of this event makes an immense difference in the lives of the children and families we serve, on behalf of them, as well as everyone associated with this event, please accept our sincerest appreciation.

“I think the food is definitely as important as the wine. The opportunity to pair great food and great wine together creates a heightened culinary experience for attendees, and the involvement of our local chefs anchors this event as something special and unique to the Triangle.”
Ashley Christensen
“There is no drink more synonymous with the word “celebration” and “toast” than champagne. TWFE is about raising our champagne glasses high to celebrate the children and families of Frankie Lemmon and the friendships we’ve made through this event.”

"Frankie Lemmon School is a vibrant place. It's a place where every kid is fully known and fully loved. It's a place for miracles and the donors themselves feel miraculous because they are a part of the Frankie Lemmon magic."
